After Sale Service

Warranty Period: 2 years after shipment.

Scope:
 
1. The defects are caused by the hardware faults and manufacturing faults under correct operation.
2. The following conditions are not in our warranty scope:
  a. The products are not produced by Hantat.
  b. The defects are beyond the Warranty period.
  c. The products have been changed by third parts.
  d. The defects are cuased by the uncorrect operation.
  e. The defects are cuased by the accident.
  f. The defects are caused by other conditions,which are not due to the fault of Hantat.

RMA Procedure:

Our clients should ship the defects within the RMA scope to us as following procedures, if not, Hantat is not responsible for the reparation and replacement of defects.
1. Make sure the goods are our products and within warranty period.
2. Send out the shipment in bulk packaging together with freight prepaid ( Only for defect rate >3% shipments, we will be responsible the freight charge both sides). And provide us tracking#.
3. We will check the arrival goods and send our confirmation in three days.
4. We will send out the repaired goods in bulk within one week and responsible the freight charge.

Note:

1. Hantat keep the rights to choose reparation or replacement for the defects.
2. Hantat will replace products with same model and specification with defects      only.
3. Hantat isn’t responsible for the data loss during reparation.
